The Micro Beef Share
We have four quarterly Shares available and two bi-monthly Shares available at this time! Send us a message if you would like to hop on the Shares wagon!
We've created this option as an alternative to buying a quarter of beef. The 25-pound share will fit in the freezer above or below your refrigerator and is a fraction of the price of a whole quarter of beef.
Each share will be $259. You can subscribe in one of three frequencies: Monthly, Bi-Monthly (every other month), or Quarterly (once every three months).
Pick-up will be available on a scheduled Wednesday, either in Superior at the Bong Museum or in Duluth at our REKO pick-up at the old Shopko/new Ashley furniture store near Michaels.
What's in a Micro-Share

In a quarter of beef, you get a little bit of everything: steaks, roasts, ground beef, stew meat, etc. In a Micro-Share, you get a portion of that little bit of everything!
Each Share will be 25lbs of beef and that 25lbs can be comprised of a mix of ground beef, premium steaks, roasts, stew meat, sausage products, short ribs, beef bacon, specialty steaks, and/or brisket.
