So, we are taking a break from our business to welcome our new farmhand into the world! Effective 10/31/2022 we will not be taking any more orders until after the holiday season. We will update our website with a plan of return after the New Year. We appreciate your understanding during this very exciting time in our life!


What We Offer

While we try our best to keep all of our products in stock, availability is always subject to change as all of our meat is farm-raised in small batches to assure quality and proper care.

Pick ups are on Wednesdays at the Bong Memorial Museum in Superior! Please have your order in by Monday night. Any orders placed after Monday at midnight will be defaulted to the next week’s pick up. Invoices go out on Tuesdays!

*Freedom Ranger Chicken is a slower-growing (approx 16 weeks), more natural alternative to hybrid, mass hatched, and fast-growing Cornish birds. We choose to raise this type of chicken because they actually act like a chicken; hunt for bugs, scratch, peck, fly up to roost and fully feather out. You'll notice more yellow-tinged skin color, due to the high levels of Omega-3 fat present, and closer to a 50/50 ratio of white to dark meat. We start our chicks in the heated shop until they are fully feathered and then they live out the remainder of their time on the farm fully free, with no chicken tractors or cages, eating chicken feed and whatever they can find in the barnyard and pastures. Truly the "freest" free-range birds you will find in the area.

We process beef year-round and have openings almost monthly for custom orders! 

Our beef is currently $4.75/lb hanging weight and that includes processing and basic paper-wrapped packaging. Quarters roughly cost between $950-$1100 and halves will run you approximately $1850-$2000.

You choose all of your cuts! Nothing goes to waste unless you don't want it. Great options for using up some of the hamburger, too, like brats, breakfast sausage, or Italian sausage!​
